Heyaa !!!! ☺

✴As it is correctly pointed out in the other answers plants per se are not dependent on humans as per the paradigm of nature.

✴But those taken out from wild and ‘evolved’ by humans for the past 10000 years as crops (wheat, rice, etc.) are certainly dependent on humans for survival.

✴Plants can be said to be dependent on humans in the new paradigm that is developing for the past hundred years or so. Human intervention in natural habitats has become so invasive that survival of plants (and other organisms) is threatened by humans. This is a crtical area where plants would seem to depend on the ‘kindness ’ of human race for their survival.
