Democracy in a country is formed after the hardships and struggles of people. It helps in changing the policies of a country if a country find it undesirable. These policies can be altered by a little struggle. This is because democracy is the government for people and made by the people. 

For example the rights of Bolivia's water were sold to MNC. This resulted in the increase of bills.
