Prokaryotes do not have a well defined nucleus while it is present in eucalyptus.
Prokaryotes lack membrane bound cell organalles except for ribosomes and mitochondria.
The ribosomes of Prokaryotes is of 70S and that of eukaryotes is 80S.
The Prokaryotic cell wall is much harder than the eukaryotic cell wall.
The nuclear materials are dispersed in the cytoplasm of Prokaryotes while they are in the nucleus in the eukaryotes
