Rabi crops are those crops which are sown in the winter season and harvested in the spring while Kharif crops are the ones sown in the rainy season and harvested by the start of the winter season. The crops that need a lot of water are grown in the kharif season.

Examples of the crops grown in the rabi season:
+ Wheat, barley, mustard, sesame, etc.
+ Paddy or rice, maize, cotton, soyabean. sugar cane, etc.

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU...............
