Rational is used all time in banks.

Suppose you are asking for withdrawal for money you will put the amount in rational numbers.

Next suppose your bank manager is asking for Aadhar number then it should be written using rational numbers

So rational numbers are used vastly in bank. Not only in bank also in our daily life
