individual ownership
resources owned privately by individuals owners like plots ,vehicles.
Community resources
resources which are accessible to all the members of community .eg public parks,playgrounds etc

National resources
technically all the resources belong to the nation. the country has legal power to acquire private property for the welfare of the people.

all the minerals , wate resources etc belong to national resources.
International resources
the resources beyond two hundred kilometers of exclusive economic zone belong to open ocean and no individuals country can utilize these resources without the concurrence of international institutions (uno).
eg India has got the right to mine manganese from the Indian ocean which lies beyond the EEZ
