In humans air is taken through nostrils which is passed by hair filters and then the air is passed through the throat and into the lungs. Rings of cartilage are present in the throat. In the lungs, the passage is divided into small tubes which is divided into balloon like structure which is known as alveoli. It contain no. of blood vessels and where the exchange of air takes place.
