Sarva Siksha Abhiyan, a leading programme started by the government of India to promote elementary education with improved quality.
It provides the main provisions required for a good elementary education which includes a good building, a good group of teachers, grants for improving the teaching aids, providing good food, textbooks and all other required amenities.
So it is a very good initiative by the Indian government.
