Not much. My old boss designed some temporary houses for use in bomb-damaged areas in Britain after WW2. They were supposed to last 10 years, but many are still in use 70 years later.
Legally it may depend on what the planning consent says - some consents may be issued for temporary buildings. In practice to be safe for occupants any building should comply with building codes,given that you are likely to be killed in a temporary building as a permanent one.
