When A strong Base reacts with a weak acid basic salts are formed. As the no. Of hydrogen ions produced by acid are not enough to neutralize all hydroxide ions produced by base.
For Example:-
H2SO4 + NH4OH -> (NH4)2SO4 + H2O
H2CO3 + NaOH -> Na2CO3 + H2O
(NH4)2SO4 Is an acidic salt
Na2CO3 Is a basic salt
Hope this might help y

Answer:- Basic Salts are formed when strong base reacts with weak acid to form a basic salt which is aqueous in state. To get the basic salt, heating this solution at high temperature. after sometime you will get a basic salt of crystalline form which is solid in state.
For Example:- CH3COOK is a basic salt. It's chemical name is Potassium Acetate.
