conflict in democracy is mainly resolve by mass mobilisation and negotiations. but sometimes it is possible that the conflicts is resolve by the existing institutions like parliament or judiciary but when there is a deep dispute, very often this institution get involved in disputes and resolution has to come from outside In such a case people's opinions I resolving disputes becomes necessary.
