now whenever there is any dispute among anyone so they first appeal to district court. The district court judge files a decision after hearing from both the prosecution and opposing party. If the victim/ case filer is not satisfied with the judge ment...then he/ she can appeal to the high court.
If any party doesn't recieve satisfactory result even in high court then they have the last option of The supreme Court.
The supreme court is the highest authority of the country whose decision is the final one. And no other higher authority is present. And no one can oppose its decision. So they relied upon it for its decision which is the final one and they accept it even if it's not satisfactory.
