all the 3 region of Nepal are independent on one another.The rivers flowing from the Himalayas reach terai that facilities in the process of irrigation. This in turns help in the agricultural production. The crops grown in the terai region is transported and consumed by the people of hills and mountains region. The electricity produced in hills is being supplied to the terai.so all parts the country are dependent to each other.
