Whenever there is a dispute between them then a joint meeting is called in which members of lok sabha and rajya sabha take part. The meeting is presided by the speaker of Lok Sabha and then the dispute is settled by voting in which the vote which is in majority wins. If there is a tie then speaker will give his casting vote.

A bill deemed to be money bill if it contains “only provisions dealing with imposition, abolition, remission, alteration or regulation of any tax”. An Ordinary Bill can be introduced in any of the Houses of Parliament while money bill can only be introduced in the Lok Sabha
