Food is the main requirement of the body. Our body requires food for its metabolism. Food is taken and digested in the stomach from where we get the nutrients. Thus selection of right food is very much important for us. We can have a lot of problems if we select wrong quality of foods. Oily foods , carbs should be avoided for the body.
