Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum or RER have free occuring ribosomes in their surface but Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum does not have ribosomes in its surface. Endoplasmic Reticulum act as a framework of the cell, it helps the waste materials to be excreted from the nucleus and it provide place for the protein synthesis
