Health is the state of physical, mental and social well-being. If you are physically fit, you can keep your community healthy. For example - By opting to good sanitary practices, including keeping yourself and your surrounding clean, etc. If your surrounding is clean, vectors will be eliminated and you and your community will be safe from pathogens, eliminating the diseases.

If you are mentally fit, you can get proper education and aware the others about the importance of sanitary practices, exercises in daily life, balanced diet and many more healthy practices. Allowing you and your community to be healthy and productive.

If you are socially fit, you are out of tensions and pressures. This allows you to handle your problems easily. As  a result, no quarrel or unsocial activities, harming your community.

So, At last I would say community is healthy only if each individual is healthy, each family is healthy.
