How are the lungs designed in human beings to maximize the area for exchange of gases?

in lungs bronchioles terminate in baloon like structure called alvioles and these contains no of blood capilaries that increase the surface area for exchange og gases


lungs are divided into two smaller components called alveolar sacs where the maojor process of excjange of gas take place

Lungs are designer in such way it can take respiratory gases and exchange in it .
lungs has thin membranes that helps in the facilitate of exchange of respiratory gases.
and in the lungs some small balloons like structure is present called alvoeli.
In the alveoli the exchange of respiratory gases held.
alveoli contains network of blood capillary which increase the surface area for exchange of respiratory gases.....
