how are the modes of reproduction different in unicellular and multicellular organisms

Unicellular organisms :- They reproduce asexually. Asexual mode of reproduction involves only one parent.
Ex :- amoeba, paramecium.

Multicellular organisms :- They reproduce by both sexually and asexually.
In sexual mode of reproduction both parents are involved.
Ex =
Sexually :- human being, birds etc.
Asexually :- amoeba, paramecium etc.

The mode of reproduction in unicellular is only asexually.

As they don't need males to perform reproduction.

In multicellular it can be either sexual or a-sexual mode of reproduction.
