The point from where magnetic field lines arises is the north pole and the point where magnetic field line ends is the south pole

or

Bring another magnet , if the side of the magnet shows deflection to north pole then that side is north pole and which side shows deflection to south pole is south pole

Or

Bring a magnetic needle compass , the point where the north side of needle points is the north pole and another point is south pole
