How are the rules for division of signed numbers similar to the rules for multiplication of signed numbers? I want a full Explanation, but do not make it a full essay and wear yourself out. :)

Hey user here is your answer........

In multiplication ---->

◆ (+) × (+) =+

◆(-)×(-)=+

◆(+)×(-)=(-)

---> Let take one example for each.

--> (2) × (5) =10

--->(-2)×(-5)=(+10)

--->(+2)×(-5)=(-10)

●●●In division●●●

---> (+)/(-)=(-)

--->(+)/(+)= (+)

--->(-) / (+)= (-)
Let us understand with example--->

◆(2/-5) = 2/-5 or -2/5

◆(+2/+5)= (2/5)

◆(-2)/ (+5)= -2/5

Hope it helps you☺️
