Tea leaves are collected by manual labour. Machine cannot be used to collect tea leaves as they are tender leaves and need a proper selection while selection.

As u know machines cannot decide on their own that which leave will be suitable for plucking at current time, therefore, labour’s are employed for plucking tea leaves from the tea garden.
