How are true solutions and suspensions different from each other?

anu224752: A colloif is intermediate between a solution and suspensions
anu224752: sorry it is a colloid
Vishal101100: so what
Vishal101100: this was not the question...
anu224752: hello i said it in short method ok
Vishal101100: it's not ok

In true solutions solute is not visible and it is destributes equally throughout the solution.

but in suspensions it is visible as well as not destributes throughoutly.

Answer:

true solution

  • in true solution the size of solute particals is less than 1nm .
  • the particle of solution can't be seen with the help of microscope.
  • the particle of soLution is pass through filter paper so it can't be separated by filter paper.

a true solution does not scattered light because ghe size of solute particle is very very small.

it is homogeneous mixture

suspension solution

  • it is heterogeneous mixture
  • the size solute particals is larger than 100nm.
  • the particle of suspension can be seen easily
  • the particle of suspension does not pass through filtratre paper so it can be saperated by filter paper
  • the suspension scattered the light because the size of solute particles is very large.

Hope it will help you...☺
