Explanation:

Twins may be identical or non identical. If the both the eggs are fertilized by two different sperms then the twins will be non identical. If the sperm fertilizes one ovum and when the zygote is in blastocyst stage it's inner cell mass gets divided to form two different group of cell which will give rise to two individuals who are same genetically that is fraternal or identical twins.
