volcanoes are classified into three major types these sre active volcanoes dormant volcanoes and Extinct volcanoes volcanoes which erupting frequently are termed as active volcanoes
volcanoes which has erupted in last few years are termed as dormant volcanoes
and lastly the volcanoes which head erupted many years ago which have been millions of millions of years since corruption termed as extinct volcanoes
