Water is transpoted in plants by a special vessel called XYLEM & Minerals are transported through PHLOEM.

Explanation:

Xylem is  a water conducting tisssue. It is long , spindle shaped . these cells are in the form of tubular passage. They provide for upward moment of water and dissolved materials absorbed from the soil by the roots to the other parts of the plant.

Phloem is a food conducting tissue , joined end to end through clusters of pores.these cells provide a passage for the downward movement of food manufactured in the leaves to various parts of the plants.
