hey mate here's ur ans:

In plants , the water and minerals are first absorbed by the roots and then it is absorbed by the two vascular tissues namely xylem & Phloem . ... After absorbing water and minerals , by this tissues then it is transported to all parts of plants such as stem , leaves etc

The vascular tissue Xylem transports water and minerals in plants. Transpiration creates a suction pressure, as a result of which water is forced into the xylem cells of the roots. Then there is a steady movement of water from the root xylem to all the plant parts. This transpiration pull takes place during the day.
At night there is root pressure that helps in the transportation of water and minerals. This transportation is unidirectional.
This is how water and minerals are transported in plants.
