Water animals are adapted to living in liquid so they need to be able to move easily in a liquid fluid environment and to get oxygen from water (think gills). Birds need to be adapted to the ability to move easily through air (a much lighter environment than water) and to have the ability to get oxygen from air

water animals are diferent from birdsfrom each other as:-
1) Water animals have gills but birds have lungs
2) water animals have 2 to 3 chambered heart but birds have 4 chambered heart
3) water animals have tail and fins to swim but birds donot have it.
4) birds can fly but water animals can't
