The nervous system acts as a message carrier which communicates signals from brain to other organs and vice-versa.
Sensory nerve fibres recieve signals from sensory organs like eye, ear, nose etc.
These fibres help in decoding the complex signals and sending them to motor nerves which help us to respond to these messages.

Sense Organs. There are five senses: sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch. There are organs connected with these sense that take in information that is sent to the brain so that the body can act on it.
