We are able to break the wall by repeated bending, because -
• When we bend a wire,a great amount of stress (force) is applied on the bending point of the wire.
• Now,when we repeatedly bend a wire,we are actually repeatedly applying stress on the bending point.
• This repeated application of stress, breaks the elasticity of the wire after some repeated bends and when the stress becomes to overcome the elastic limit of the wire, the wire breaks apart.
