Due to the phenomenon of the change in the focal length of eye i.e., also known as power of accomodation of eye.

The ciliary muscles help in changing the curvature of eye lens

No image is formed on retina because of absence of the light sensitive cells that are RODS and CONES

we are able to see distant and near objects clearly because with the help of ciliary muscles we can change the focal length of our eye.
second curvature of lens is changed by the help of ciliary muscles.
third no image is formed on blind spot because in that area cones and rods are not present which are responsible for forming an image of any object.
hope it will help you
