cillary muscle adjust the focal length of lens,
blind spot only consist of electrical signals and give it to brain , that's why image in not formed on blind spot

the ciliary muscles helps in this case in the eyes
the adjustment of focal length of eyes is called accommodation of focal lens
thus image form on retina
ciliary muscles contract while seeing distant object
and expands at near object
blind spot contains only electric signals and give to brain
so img is not forms there
hope this helps you quickly
