How are women in India discriminated against at work

Women in India are discriminated against men at work especially in the cases which is labour intensive for example:- agriculture. Men and women do the same work,at the same time,at the same field,with same agricultural tools and equipments and most importantly with same hopes. But at the end of the day we see men are paid more wage or salary as compared to the women.
