How ascending paper chromatography could pe adapted to separate colourless substances such as amino acid

It already has. The acids are allowed to ascend, the paper is dried, and a developing agent of some kind is used to produce colored lines. Alternately, ultraviolet can be used to reveal fluorescent amino acids. Not gunna lie i went on yahoo to ge this one, help it hopes ;D
