In asexual one parent is included
but
in sexual reproduction both male and female parents are needed

1) only one parent is required to form new organisms
2) it does not involve any sex cells

3) eg: binary fission in amoeba and regeneration in planaria

Sexual reproduction :

1) two parent are required to form new organisms

2) it involved the sex cells.

3) eg : humans and cats and dogs..
