How aspirin drug help in prevention of heart attack?

Aspirin prevent blood clots from forming and preventing heart attack certain patient will be prescribed aspirin combined with another antiplatelet drug such as clopidogrel or ticagreleor aslo known as dual antiplatelet therapy.
