Between 1970&1993, Belgium Constitution amended four times to work out an arrangement that would make everyone to live together
the important elements of Belgium model are:-
1.constitution prescribes that the no of Dutch and French speaking ministers shall be equal in Central government
2. many powers of the central government have been given to the state government
3.Brussels has a separate government in which both the communities have equal representatives.
