Answer::::
They don't all have the same size atoms,around 0.1nm are composed of a kernel with electrons orbiting it. The kernel consist of protons and neutrons, which are again composed of quarks and gluons.
We have been able to detect any internal structure in electron or quarks nor been able to detect any behaviour they have to a size.
They have finite sizes,but small that it evade our best detection methods
Electron have been studied extensively but they remains very elementary individual quarka have not been studied at all because resist strong being seperated from their fellow quarks
So for all matters and purposes,matter is composed of very very small particles.this particles may be atom or molecules.
