Answer:

A bill is first discussed in the lok sabha .

In lok sabha voting is held and if the majority wins then the bill is passed to the rajya sabha and if not then the bill is cancelled.

The bill is passed then to the rajya sabha . In rajya sabha also voting is held and if the majority wins the bi is passed to the president . Bills related to finance are looked after by lok sabha only and when financial bills are passed to rajya sabha , they just give recommendations about the bill with in 14 days.

The bill is passed from rajya sabha to the president . At last the president signs the bill and is enforced as a law only after his signature.

Hope it helps you!

Answer:

First, please follow me, a bill must pass both houses of Congress by a majority vote. After it has passed out of Congress, it is sent along to the President. If the President signs the bill, it becomes law. The President might not sign the bill, however.
