Prime activity of Indian  parliament is to frame and  make new laws.

This also comprise  amendment of the laws which are already existing and refunction of old laws.

For all these kind of processes , a bill must be accepted and passed in both the parliament houses namely Lok Sabha and Rajya Sava  of parliament.

Once the bill is passes by both the houses it needs to get clearance  of the president by signing by him to become an act.
