The hypothalamus works with other parts of the body's temperature-regulating system, such as the skin, sweat glands and blood vessels — the vents, condensers and heat ducts ofyour body's heating and cooling system. ... Water evaporating from the skin cools the body, keeping itstemperature in a healthy range.

HEY MATE HERE IS UR ANSWER:-
*The control of body temperature as well as other factors such as blood CO2
concentration, or blood glucose concentration is part of a biological mechanism called homeostasis.
2. Blood vessels have the ability to dilate and constrict to control body temperatre.
3. When body temperature is too low, the tiny blood vessels near the surface of the skin (capillaries) constrict (vaso-constriction). This decreases the blood flow near the surface of the skin so less heat is lost through radiation.
When body temperature is too high, the capillaries dilate (vasodilation), which increases blood flow near the surface of the skin and so more heat is lost through radiation that is the reason it can make the balance between CO2 and O2 in the blood and provide an equilibrium state of body temperature.
