How cab we travel to the past

According to Einstein,s speacial theory of relativity if there are 2 identical twins of the same age and among them if one twin is made to travel in a rocket in space nearly at the speed of light and if the twin decides to travel at that speed for few months then he or she will come to earth and find out that several years have passed in earth and the twin on earth will age more than who travelled in space.
In other words the twin who travelled in space time travelled in future and this is known as twin paradox.You can search for twin paradox in wikipedia.But according to him time travelling to past is impossible which is explained in grand father paradox.

NASA is still unclear about how to travel in past. Research is going on. But NASA has claimed that time travel in past is a pretty hard thing and that we don't have that advancement so it will probably take us many more years to travel to past
But yes we can surely travel to future, which NASA claims that we can travel to future by wormhole and also blackhole
