How can 1÷ (-7÷15)^3 become (-15÷7)^3.Please explain​

Currently, it is = 1 /(\frac{-7}{15} )^{3}

We know that when dividing a rational number with another rational number, we reciprocate it and change the divide sign to multiply sign.

Then, will become = 1*(\frac{-15}{7} )^{3}

There is no need to put *1, so simply remove it.

And this is how you changed  1÷ (-7÷15)^3  to  (-15÷7)^3. Both are equal.
