How can 2molecules of ATP be produced in fermentation??? NADH is reduced to NAD in fermentation? And NAD contains 3 ATP... then why 2 ❓❓​

the two molecules of ATP are produced due to the process of acetyl coenzyme.

pyruvic acid is converted into the acetyl coenzyme and it is synthesized step-by-step it is called cellular respiration then the process which take place is tricarboxylic acid cycle in this process the two molecules of NADH2,FADH2 pyruvic acid, water are formed .

then then the energy are form in mitochondria in the mixture of all acetyl coenzyme molecules
