We need to tie few camels with more than a pillar

Step-by-step explanation:

60 camels be tied on 9 pillars with an odd number on each pillar

Odd number of pillar  & odd number of camels on each pillar

Hence total would be odd even number

Hence only possible solution when we ties  Few camels to more than a pillar

Tie 9 camels to each pillar for 6 pillar

so we have tied 9 *6 = 54 camels to 6 Pillars

Now we have left with

6 Camels  & 3  Pillar

3 Camels  to  7 th pillar

Now we left with

3 Camels  2 Pillars

Tie these 3 Camels to both the pillar

as one camel can be tied more than one pillar

Similarly in this way we can have lot of arrangements
