how can a body have uniform speed but variable velocity? Is the conserve possible?

Yes a body can have variable velocity but constant speed. When a body is moving in circular path it's direction keeps on changing. Since velocity depends on direction hence it will also keep changing but since speed is a scalar quantity it will remain the same.No we cannot conserve velocity and speed.
