A consumer can get justice when his rights are denied by appealing in the consumer court. A three tier judicial system has been set up under the Consumer Protection Act 1986 which consists of the courts at the national level, state level and the district level.

Depending upon the problem one can appeal to any of these courts by filling a form which includes certain case pertaining and personal details.

The compensation will be provided depending upon the degree of damage. One can also seek the help of consumer forums in this case.
