how can a doctor, by checking the pulse say that a women is pregnant or not??

A pregnant woman's normal pulse rate depends on several factors.These include her age, fitness level, and health before getting pregnant. However, a typical resting heart rate for an adult woman is 75 beats per minute. When pregnant, that same woman can expect her resting rate to be approximately 80–90 beats per minute. Incase if its a twin pregnancy case or if its a second pregnancy, the blood flow to the heart will be even more, thus leading to a much faster heart rate. In the last trimester of the pregnancy, there is a chance of an increase of more 10-20 beats in the heart rate......
