hi,i have two ideas for you.

1.he can put the biodegradeble waste of his home and use it as manure.
2.if possible than he can borrow some human hair and mix it well cowdung, leave it for 40 days and he will get manure.

do you know that if he tried the second one then he will get very much benefit.iwill tell you how.
if you will try the second process then you will get 16percent of nitrogen where as in simple manure you will be getting only 0.2 to 0.3 percent of nitrogen.it is 80 times more than the simple manure.

i got the second idea when i was searching that how to decompose hair because you know it takes centuries to decompose and at last i found the solution.

i told it to one off my teacher and when our project was shown in an
international level competition then we got the second position in it.

no problem next time i will try to get 1st position.
