A gift of nature can become a resource in the following manner:
⇒Foremost, if human beings are able to recognise any substances as a resource.
⇒Subsequently, over a period of time there is a development of or in technology which has made the substance to transform/convert or to be utilised as a resource.
⇒Finally, the value provides the economical worth of a substance.
For example: Uranium found in Ladakh. It was discovered by people, with time technology will be used to utilise it and then its economical value will finally either transform or not tranform it into a resource.

Something like a tree is a perfect example of this. Many organizations will allow you to plant a tree, for a donation. This is considered a gift of nature, and is also a natural resource.
